Charlaine studied at Esalen Institute with Michael Clemmens* and a group of 21 international students for an intensive study of Embodied Relational Gestalt.
She has incorporated this modality about how the body holds memory of trauma, drama and issues into her practice of

*Michael Craig Clemmens, PhD, is a somatic psychologist and trainer in Pittsburgh, Pa. He is a faculty member of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and teaches at the Metanoia Institute in London, and at Esalen. He is the author of Getting Beyond Sobriety, and numerous articles on Gestalt therapy, body process, and addiction.
